Back to Poems, Readings, and Vows A is for Accommodation See the attached list of recommended accommodation. B is for Bar Arrival drinks and wine will be served with the meal and you will be asked to select the toast of your choice. Other than this there will be a cash bar throughout the day and evening. The bar will be open until 12:00 midnight.
B is also for Bridal Party Our best man is xxxx and our bridesmaids are xxx and xxxx (xxx elder sister and niece).
C is for Ceremony The ceremony will commence at 1:00pm at xxx
D is for Directions Please see attached sheet.
D is also for Dancing The reception will start at approx 8:00 pm and will take us through the evening with mixed music up until approx 12:00 midnight. So get your dancing shoes on and be ready to boogie.
E is for Etiquette Although it is considered polite to leave the wedding after the bride and groom, please feel free to leave whenever you like as we will no doubt be celebrating until the end!
F is for Food The wedding breakfast will be a set menu with 2 choices at the main course therefore if you have any special dietary requirements such as vegetarian or gluten free etc pleaselet us know when you RSVP.
G is for Guest book We're having a Polaroid Photo Guest Book, leave any words of wisdom alongside your picture so that we can treasure it for years to come. Look out for it at the venue as we don't want anyone missed out.
H is for Hats They aren't compulsory, but please feel free and the bigger the better!
I is for Important people We ask that you remember the important people who can't be here with us on this day. They will be in our thoughts.
J is for Jolly We hope you enjoy yourselves! Weddings are happy occasions, so no tears please or you will ruin the bride's make up!
K is for Kiss No doubt there will be lots of kisses on this day! You may kiss the Bride & Groom but it's not compulsory!
L is for Love The point of the whole day.
M is for Mobile phones Can you please make sure you switch them off during the ceremony so that you don't put the Minister off his words!
N is for No Smoking We'd prefer it if our guests didn't smoke inside, however, xxx has a terrace and gardens where the smokers can go.
O is for Order of the Day We'll be preparing an Order of the Day, so that you know what's happening and when - nothing worse than standing around wondering what's going on.
P is for Photographer xxx is the official photographer of the day and will be with us until the first dance. We will also be providing disposable cameras on the tables - feel free to use them but please leave them on the tables at the end of the night.
Q is for Quiet We do appreciate that not everybody likes the prospect of loud music so there are seats in a relaxed area at the bar, for those of you who prefer it.
R is for RSVP We would appreciate if you could get this to us by 12 August 2006.
S is for Singing We've chosen Hymns that most people will know, so sing along otherwise you'll just be able to hear Dave!
T is for Transport There will be transport available from the Church to the Reception and returning at the end of the Reception. Drop offs will be in the xxx and xxx area. Please indicate if you would like transport on your RSVP.
U is for Ushers Our ushers on the day are xxxx and xxxx. Assisting them are our mini ushers xxxx and xxxx. They shall answer any questions and escort you to your seats.
V is for Video xxx will be capturing all the special moments that the bridal party will not be aware off. We are looking forward to seeing you all on film!
W is for Wrapit We aren't expecting presents, however should you feel you want to buy a gift, we've set up a list at www.wrapit.co.uk (details enclosed) as we feel that it's much better for you to spend your hard earned money on something that we want and will use.

Y is for Yes The one little word that started all this off!
Z is for Zzzzzz We hope that nobody falls asleep during the speeches as I am sure that everyone involved will keep us well entertained??No pressure for the best man!
