We’ve offered personalised nameplates at Instant Forever almost since we opened, almost 5 years ago. In fact we had a gold coloured personalised nameplate on our own wedding guest book (which is the one on our homepage).

I think that our nameplates offer the perfect finishing touch to your photo guest book, but at first we struggled to find someone who we could work with who would deliver our nameplates quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

Then we found our fantastic engraver, Bob from Presentation Plus in Glossop, Derbyshire. Bob worked on our nameplates for 4 years, until he retired last year (?) to manage a pub,The Wheatsheaf, in Old Glossop. Bob handed over the reins to his assistant, Chris Hardy who now runs the business on a day to day basis.

In May we’re offering all our customers the opportunity to add a personalised nameplate to their guest book or guest book or guest book package order for just £3.50, saving £5.

In case you’re wondering which colour of nameplate looks best with your guest book, let us offer some recomendations:

Black – Silver looks best by a small margin, but gold looks great too.
White – Gold is marginally better, silver looks good though
Natural – Gold
Chocolate Brown – Gold
Red – Silver (marginally), gold also looks good
Pewter – Silver definitely
Baby Blue – Silver
Baby Pink – Silver
