In 18 months, we've only had two customers who weren't completely satisfied with their albums and asked for full refunds (and you can never please all of the people, all of the time!)

Yet, it's taken us a while to realise that some people might like to see our products in the flesh, before making a final decision.  So, as of 30th April, we're changing things.

We're so confident that you'll like our product that if you’re not happy with it in any way – you don’t like the fabric, or the colour doesn’t quite match your colour scheme that we'll give you a complete refund on your purchase, including postage and packing. 

If it's not exactly what you want, simply drop us an e-mail and send it back to us and we'll refund you in full, including the cost of our postage and packing. You only have to pay the return postage to us.
