All cameras are tested prior to sending and on return receipt to ensure full working order.
Price includes freepost return (no extra postage costs).
£35 will be refunded to the credit card details on file upon return receipt of the camera in good working condition.
Hire period runs from 10 days prior to the event until 7 days afterwards.
Please give us a delivery date 10 days before your event, to allow time to test your camera on receipt
Terms & Conditions - Please read carefully
- The customer agrees that any camera remains the property of Instant Forever at all times. Cameras are hired out to the customer on the condition they are returned.
- Instant Forever are be responsible for any loss or damage of Camera(s) whilst in transit to the customer. The customer agrees to full responsibility for the return of the camera to Instant Forever via Royal Mail Freepost.
- The customer agrees to full responsibility for any damage or loss of the camera whilst in their possession at any time.
- All hire cameras are tested upon return and any that are returned non operational/badly damaged will forfeit the £35 deposit. Hire cameras that are lost or stolen will also forfeit the £35 deposit.

Customers are advised to obtain a certificate of postage for all returned cameras. Loss of camera by Royal Mail, if supported by proof of postage will not require forfeit of deposit.
Cameras must be returned within 7 days of your event, and will be sent 14 days prior to your event, for receipt by you 10 days prior to your event.
- If you have not received your camera 7 days prior to your event, please contact us immediately.
- The customer must contact Instant Forever if they are unable to return the camera within the 7 day time frame as above. £10 may be forfeited from the deposit upon the discretion of Instant Forever for late return.
