Guest Information Example 1
Peter & Melanie's marriage celebration Saturday June 25th 2005
We want you to have as much fun as we intend having, so here's some information to help you do just that.
Children We deliberately haven't invited children as we believe everyone can relax better if they don't have to worry about them falling into the pond. If you're stuck, bring the little darlings along and we'll try to arrange baby-sitting - let us know by return.
Dress Think "simple but sophisticated".
Confetti Is allowed at the venue.
Contact Numbers David - 07777 777 777, Helen - 07777 777 777, Jon - 07777 777 777, Adam - 07777 777 777.
Timings The celebration will start at 3.45pm, however we would ask everyone to be there for 3.30 at the latest. Please bear in mind that the Goodwood festival of speed is on the same day and heavy local traffic is expected, so please allow extra time for your journey, normally 45 minutes from Brighton.
Accommodation As mentioned above, the Goodwood Festival of Speed is the same weekend and things are looking busy on the accommodation front, so we're recommending Brighton as the best place to stay. Most hotels and B&B's require a minimum 2 night stay which means you've got a great excuse to have a weekend by the sea.
For a comprehensive selection of hotels and guest-houses, try http://www.yell.co.uk. Here's a few that look good:

Neo Hotel : www.neohotel.com 2 king rooms at £150 per night and 2 double with shared bathroom available at £90 each.

Approaching from the East / A 23 Take the A272 through Billingshurst to Wisborough Green; continue on the A272 towards Petworth for 2.3 miles.
Transport If you need a lift from Brighton to the venue and back again, please let us know when you RSVP.
We have hired a 16 seater minibus which will be departing from the Brighton Centre at 2.30pm and returning at 11.45pm.
In addition, if you're driving and feel that you could offer someone a lift, please let us know.

Guest Information Example 2
Guest Information Kylie and Adrians Wedding 31st December 2005
We thought we'd use the opportunity of sending out the invites, to also give you some useful information about the day. We're looking forward to seeing you there.
Dress Knowing how difficult it can be to decide what to wear, particularly for a winter wedding, we thought we would theme the day to make things easier. And as it is New Years Eve, we thought that Black Tie would be most appropriate, so feel free to dress up and get out those dancing shoes!! Also, as the wedding is New Years Eve we have to confirm the numbers early, so can we ask you to RSVP by 31st July. Thanks.
Buffet As the wedding starts at 2pm and many of you will have to travel, we have arranged a small finger buffet from 1pm in the Black Sheep pub which is next to the Church in Sleepy Crux.
Directions To All Saints Church, Sleepy Crux
From the North - From the A40, turn left, then right, then left onto B367. Follow this road straight on for 4 miles and the Church is on your right hand side, just after the Pub.

Children We will leave it up to you if you want to bring your children or have a night that's child-free, just let us know in your RSVP.
Hotels in the area The reception venue is an old country house and only has 4 rooms, so we have included details of hotels in the area for anyone wishing to stay overnight.
Travel Lodge - Junction 15 M40 Tel 0845 094 1311
