Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow hosted a children's birthday party earlier on in this week, reports People magazine.

The 35-year-old blonde told the publication that her son Moses turned two on Tuesday and they celebrated with a party at a Mexican restaurant in New York.

"He loves guacamole," she said, adding that her little one will have to wait for his birthday gifts until father Chris Martin arrives.

"His daddy is in London, so we're going to do presents when we can all be together," said Paltrow.

Following the kid's birthday party, the Hollywood star went on to the Hottest Pink Party Ever, an annual spring gala held by The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Paltrow and Coldplay singer Martin will have more birthday gifts to buy next month, as their daughter Apple turns four.

The couple were married in a secret ceremony held in California in 2003.
