The first baby album of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's twins is at the centre of a million-dollar bidding war, it has been revealed.

According to the Daily Mail, People magazine and OK! are competing to close a deal on the rights to the first photo album of the couple's babies.

Despite the fact that they have not even been born yet, the newspaper stated that the deal is currently worth $15 million (£7.7 million) and is still rising.

A spokesperson for People commented: "We'd love to see the photos in People. We wish the family well."

Although a representing for the US edition of OK! added that the publication would be "foolish" to not be in the running.

In 2006, pictures of Shiloh, the couple's first biological child, cost People over $4.1 million to publish, while the UK Hello! magazine paid $3.5 million for the international rights.

The twins will make a happy addition to the Jolie-Pitt family photo album. As well as Shiloh, the pair have also adopted three children - Maddox, Pax and Zahara.
