Jordan received a "top quality" horse as one of her birthday gifts yesterday, it has been revealed.

According to the Sun, her husband Peter Andre, who she met on I'm A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here, presented the former glamour model with the animal to celebrate her 30th birthday.

An insider told the newspaper that Jordan, whose real name is Katie Price, wants to train the horse to take part in major sporting events and competitions.

"Katie loves training and riding her horses but wants to take it a step further," the source claimed. "It's her dream to compete in a dressage competition at the Olympics."

The mother-of-three originally had some extravagant party ideas in mind for her 30th, revealing that there would be an over-the-top theme that only she could get away with.

However, after an exhausting promotional trip to the US the star decided to cancel the party in favour of an intimate holiday with her family, Now magazine reported.
