Vintage pink champagne were among the various birthday gifts being enjoyed by Victoria Beckham's mother over the weekend.

Jackie Adams was treated to the £85-a-bottle Laurent Perrier beverage as part of her 60th birthday celebrations at London Claridge's on Sunday.

Other party ideas, such as canapes provided by Gordon Ramsay's in-house restaurant were enjoyed by guests including Victoria herself, sister Louise and father Tony at the private event.

Although Los Angeles Galaxy footballer David Beckham was absent from the party, his mother Sandra got involved in the luxurious celebrations.

"It was clear from the amount of bubbly going into the room that money was no object and Victoria really wanted to spoil her mum and her friends," an onlooker told the Mirror. "Everyone was smiling - it looked like a really cool party."

Last year, the Spice Girl was treated to a romantic day out in Paris as one of the birthday gifts from husband David.
