Shipping Information - UK
We've tried to find the most cost-effective ways to ship your items to you - whilst ensuring that they arrive safe and sound and in a timely manner. To that end, our shipping prices include the cost of recorded delivery or insurance - giving you peace of mind in the unlikely event that your order should go astray. It is worth noting that your order will require a signature, so bear this in mind when deciding on an appropriate delivery address. If your order is returned to us for non-delivery / non-collection, we may have to charge you again for redelivery.
We offer two shipping options within the UK.
- Standard shipping takes about 7-10 working days. It costs from £4 for a single album to a maximum of £6.95 for multiple albums or kits.
- UK Priority Handling is a 48 hour service. It costs £7.50 for a single album and is available throughout the UK including Northern Ireland.
- UK Mainland Priority Handling is a 48 hour service. It costs £8.95 for multiple items or kits. If you select this for a Northern Irish, Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands & Islands address, please note that 48 hour receipt is is not guaranteed.
- If you need an order by a deadline date, please let us know and we'll do our best to help you out. We haven't let anyone down yet!

Shipping Information - EU
Although, we've tried to be cost effective when shipping to the EU, our priority is your goods arriving safely and quickly. For this reason we've chosen Royal Mail Air Sure which is a priority handling, signed for, delivery service. Packages are also insured appropriately. For this peace of mind, our shipping costs are approximately £6 per kilo / item.

Shipping Information - US, Canada & Rest of World
Canadian visitors to our site can now buy their Adesso Albums directly from Picture This Albums. Other Customers outside of Europe who wish to purchase Guest Albums are advised to order directly from Adesso Albums as it will be faster. All other products can be ordered and shipped to the rest of the world. Shipping Costs are approximately £11 per kg and include insurance. Please note that we do not ship Adesso albums to the USA.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your purchase for refund or replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date. You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, and are returning, not replacing the item, a credit will be issued upon receipt of the product.
In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible but not later than a week after delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging, as we might need it for insurance purposes. Should we require the damaged item to be returned, then we will reimburse you for the cost. Please do not return damaged items before contacting us.
Important: Refunds can only be credited against the credit card used to make the purchase.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order please send an e-mail during normal office hours to info@instantforever.com
If the order has not shipped at the time we receive your request, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, we regret that we cannot call back the articles. Please see the return policy for returning your order and requesting a refund.

Ordering & Payment
We accept orders online and by phone. All prices on our site are in Pounds Sterling, however we can accept other currencies - please contact info@instantforever.com for more information.
Accepted payment methods include payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, and Visa Delta. If you'd like to pay by bank transfer or cheque, it must clear our bank before products will be shipped.
Important: Your billing address must match the cardholder's statement address.

Colours. While we have taken care to choose images which represent the colour of the articles, please be aware that each computer screen will show colours differently.

Delivery
Availability
We track stock levels and our store should be able to identify if a particular item is in stock. If not, please send us an e-mail to info@instantforever.com and we'll let you know when it will be available.
If paying by cheque or bank transfer
Cheques must clear our bank before products will be shipped. We will notify you of the shipment of your order by e-mail.
Lost or damaged items

Order Tracking
If you have previously placed an order with "Instant Forever" you can check the status of the order and the information you provided. To view this information you will need to provide the 'Order Cart ID', and the 'email address' or 'Shopper name' which will appear on the confirmation email that you received when you made your order:
Cart ID: This is a unique number given to every order and will be in the format : storename-2-20030731185111
Email Address: This is the email address entered when the order was made. Shopper Name: This is the name that you provided at the time of the order.

Security Statement
The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, their public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.
The transfer of the purchase details from the Instant Forever to WorldPay are encapsulated using encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via SSL.
