I just wanted to drop you a quick note to confirm that we received our guest books and nameplates, both in time for us to take them with us before Christmas for our wedding on 28th Dec. So firstly, thanks for the incredibly quick and efficient service!
We only found out about your albums a week or so before our big day and I am so pleased we did - and that you were able to get them to us so speedily. They were a huge hit on the day - our friends all took part in putting it together and managed to get absolutely everyone at the wedding pictured and scribbling great notes to us. We read them the day after the wedding and it was fantastic. We will treasure them, and I will definitely be recommending you to friends in the future.

Just wanted to let you know that we received the polaroid book and there is no way we are returning it! We both love it and the gold is the perfect colour.
We also appreciate the wrapping the way it was presented, it was a very nice touch and shows the extra little service. Delivery was actually 2 days (I was expecting a two week wait because I got the gold).
I think it will be the perfect guest book and our guests are going to be pleasantly suprised!

I received my package this morning – very prompt service. The delivery man got me out of bed at 7.45am but I didn’t mind and I was not disappointed!! Everything was beautifully packaged and the guest book looks lovely, even without the photos and guest comments – very simple and classic, just what I wanted. I used your testimonials to make a final decision on buying one of your wonderful albums (even although I was bought already with your fab website and very informative information). I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you for the guest books and for your help getting them to us in time!
We had the most wonderful day, everything perfect from beginning to end! We didn't leave the bar until 4:30 am and then I insisted on reading the guest books when we got to the room! It was so fab looking through all the messages, we sat there with our bottle of champagne and I needed a box of tissued as I was weeping at all the lovely messages (alternating with crying with laughter at some of them!).

Hi Helen, I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful packaged album which arrived back in February. I used the album for my wedding in April. It's never easy to tell when you order online exactly what the quality will be like but the albums are gorgeous. I just wanted to write and thank you for the excellent customer service I received when I ordered an Instant Digital Guest Book from your company. I only placed my order on Friday afternoon (16th March) yet I had received the book by Monday morning and the personalised name plate from the engravers by Wednesday morning - much faster than the expected 10-14 days!
I really appreciated receiving the phone call from you to clarify that my book would be ready on time. The book itself is of an amazing quality and my friend absolutely loved it! Everyone thought it was a beautiful and very unique present and guestbook!

I received my order yesterday 23.03.07. I was very impressed with the prompt delivery and the packaging of the order, so much so that I didn't want to unwrap it.
You were right the gold silk album is beautiful and I can't wait to use it in February at my 40th. The 20% voucher is a lovely touch and I'm going on line now to see where I can use it.

Hi, I ordered a Polaroid guest album on Friday lunchtime and it arrived on Saturday morning.
